Rubber bladder/rubber sleeve is an important part for air suspension repair and air spring bag crimping, a stable factory which producing high quality rubber bladder will guarantee the air suspension quality.

The inside and outside we use the Japan CR rubber, framework material we use the Nylon PA66, fatigue test : amplitude 35mm, inflation pressure 0.7mpa, continuous 3.5 millions tests without air leak, antioxidation,oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, work between temperature -40-80°C
For some quantity, we can print " customer's logo " onto the rubber sleeve
Steel ring production workshop
Our factory have about 10 CNC machines for cutting the steel ring,so we can finish the big order and ship out the goods in on week.
We can make the steel ring according to customer's request.
We make double grooves or 3 grooves inside the steel ring to make sure the rubber will be crimped tightly.
We can make the same color as original,as well as the same processing: steel ring welding.
We have a lot stock in warehouse, small quantity is acceptable.
We also accept to laser print the customer's logo on steel ring.
Metal head and metal piston for Air suspension
About metal head and metal piston, they are important parts for producing the air spring and airmatic suspension shock. The hardness must be tested well, beacuse when we crimp the steel ring and rubber onto the metal part, it must bear big pressure. We consider this point when we produce the metal head, sometimes we increase a inside support ring to increase the hardness.
All metal head we use in our factory in advance, if it work well, then we arrange shipment to clients.
Plastic part for Air suspension
About the plastic head and plastic piston, they are often used to crimp the rear air spring bag, we strictly control the hardness and softness to make sure its' quality.
We crimp all types air spring bag in our factory, all plastic parts we use and test well already.
